Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in a technology or cloud services company.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Familiarity with HR software tools (e.g., JIRA) and cloud technologies is a strong plus.
